WELLNESS: THE BRAIN NEEDS MEAT
Nutrition expert Dr. Georgia Ede has challenged the idea that vegan diets are superior for mental health, supporting that meat consumption is essential for warding off depression and anxiety due to its rich nutrient profile. She highlights that meat provides crucial nutrients like vitamin B12, omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and choline, which are vital for brain health and mood regulation.

CAREER: 70% OF GEN Z FREELANCES
Gen Z is embracing the freelance lifestyle according to Fiverr's latest study. The survey of over 10,000 young people aged 16-26 found that 70% are more inclined towards freelancing compared to last year, with many viewing it as more stable than traditional jobs. Around 36% see freelancing as a backup plan in case of job loss due to factors like layoffs or AI advancements. This generation values flexibility, with 20% of American respondents stating they "work to live, not live to work," aligning with the freedom and versatility that freelance work can offer.

REAL ESTATE: SILICON VALLEY COMPOUND ON SALE FOR $250 MILLION
Tech investor Marc Andreessen and his wife Laura, are selling their long-held Atherton home in Silicon Valley for $250M. Itā€™s 12,200 sqft (3 stories with 5 bedrooms) and they originally purchased it for $16.6 million in 2007. This is surprising considering the Andreessens have been on a spending spree the last few years! In ā€˜21 & ā€˜22, they spent a total of $255.5M on 3 houses. In 2021, they also paid $177 million for a roughly 7-acre estate in Paradise Cove.

ON SELF ACCEPTANCE: Accept yourself, love yourself, and keep moving forward. If you want to fly, you have to give up what weighs you down. ā€” ROY T. BENNETT

Self acceptance is one of those ideas that are easier preached than practiced. It can be seriously tough to accept certain things about yourself, because not all sides of us are pretty, and certainly not the ones we want to show others. But only when you truly accept yourself, will you feel that weight lifted from your soul.
