LIFESTYLE: SPRING 2024 NAIL TRENDS
You might love 'em or hate 'em, but chrome nails are making a comeback. The models were rocking them at a recent New York Fashion Week show. Now, don't get me wrong, the classic French manicure is never going out of style. But this time around, we're adding pops of color to switch things up a bit. On the other hand, if you're more of a minimal kind of gal, simple clean nails are trending too. But let's be real, you can never go wrong with a classic red mani either. That's just a timeless, always in-style look that's going to keep turning heads no matter what.

WELLNESS: YOUR RESTING HEART RATE IS A KEY SIGN OF LONGEVITY
Monitoring your heart rate is super important for understanding your overall wellness and fitness. Not only does it give you a peak at your cardiovascular health, but you can get an idea of your body’s longevity. A lower resting heart rate normally means your heart is healthy and regular exercise can help with this. You can try combining high and low-intensity workouts such as (quick) walking, biking, and HIIT training.

CAREER: DIFFICULT JOB MARKET FOR GEN Z & MILLENNIALS
Gen Z and millennials are having a tough time in the current job market. On top of that, recent data shows rising unemployment (3.9%, the highest in 2 years), especially among younger workers aged 20-24, and a 410% spike in layoffs impacting more junior employees. Many recent graduates don't feel they have the skills for full-time roles, while the younger generations are much more worried about job security compared to older workers. Despite remaining a strong labor market overall, entry-level and early career professionals are feeling the squeeze before anyone else as companies get more selective about hiring.

ON GROWTH: “Don’t go through life, grow through life.” - ERIC BUTTERWORTH

If we stop growing in any capacity, we stay stagnant. Growth can look different for everyone - maybe it's picking up a new hobby, getting a new role at work, cleaning up your diet, or just putting yourself out there more. The goal is not to let life happen to you, but rather assess where you are now in life and how you can grow with your own actions. There's always room to grow if you're willing to put in the work.

CELERATE ST. PATRICK’S DAY

Across the United States, there will be a ton of parades happening this weekend with New York hosting the largest ever — at 2,000,000 people!

Chicago starts by dying the river green, iconic.

Clementine's been through some serious sh*t, so she made a plan to protect her heart - work hard, find a decent guy, and always chase her dreams, just like her aunt said. For a year, things are kosher, until she meets this southern charmer standing in her aunt's kitchen...from 7 years in the past! Her aunt always warned that the apartment was a time warp, and if Clementine lets herself fall for this guy, she's headed for heartbreak city because love ain't about time, it's about timing.

The only sad part about this series is that they discontinued it! The series epitomizes the warmth and positivity that the classic novel "Anne of Green Gables" is renowned for, but it presents that beloved story with a fresh take. The story follows Anne Shirley, an imaginative young orphan who is adopted by aging siblings Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert. Anne quickly charms her way into the hearts of the Cuthberts and the entire town of Avonlea with her vibrant personality and vivid imagination.

This song has been trending lately for a few good reasons with the first being that the singer has a terminal illness due to which she’s signed all rights to her son. She wants to secure his future whether she’s in it or not. The second is that it’s got a catchy beat! Visualize a warm day at the beach and you’ll be able to hear it playing in the background!
