Competitive salaries are moving away from the super cities and into the Sunbelt regions. Remote work and rising competition in low-cost markets contribute to this change. Companies like Skillz, are relocating to cities like Las Vegas for affordability (considering their HQ are in the bay area of California). Phoenix, Orlando, and Albuquerque are also on the list of cities where companies are expanding to.

BUSINESS: ADIDAS REPORTS FIRST LOSS IN 30 YEARS
Since 1992, this is the first time that the German sportswear brand has faced losses. Adidas has been trying to get back on track after cutting ties with Kanye West last year and halting sales of the massively popular Yeezy sneaker line. The new CEO, Bjorn Gulden, has been working hard in his first year to clear out the remaining Yeezy inventory while also pushing classic styles like the Samba and Gazelle.

WELLNESS: WHAT ULTRA PROCESSED FOOD DOES TO YOUR BRAIN
Changes in learning, money, and mood can all be affected by highly processed foods such as highly preserved packaged foods. Some scientists are actually proposing a new mental health condition that they’re calling "ultra-processed food use disorder" considering a lot of processed foods have a pretty addictive nature, and can increase your chances of depression + anxiety.

The only sad part about the Anne with an “E” series is that they discontinued it! The series epitomizes the warmth and positivity that the classic novel "Anne of Green Gables" is renowned for, but it presents that beloved story with a fresh take. The story follows Anne Shirley, an imaginative young orphan girl who is adopted by aging siblings Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert.
