UMG has accused TikTok of pushing an unfavorable deal that neglects concerns about artist compensation, protection against AI-generated music, and online safety.

WELLNESS — CANCER IS GOING UP BY 70%+ IN THE NEXT 25 YEARS
WHO (The World Health Organization) anticipates a 77% surge in global cancer cases by 2050. Based on data from over 185 countries, 10 types of cancers are the causes for 2/3 of deaths worldwide, with lung cancer at the top of the list. Their guess is ~35 million new cancer cases in 2050!

While the Denver property is for those want to enjoy the city life. If you want to be in the center of nature, consider staying at Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa in Tabernash, Colorado. 

DO: Colorado is an amazing destination for all seasons. If you stay at the Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa during the winter months, then you can partake in horseback riding, snowboarding, skiing, biking, sleigh rides, or snowshoeing. Colorado is also home to the Rocky Mountain National Park and the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Explore the small, yet charming town of Boulder, Colorado as well. The state is often associated with breweries but they also have a number of wineries.
