He also believes that this stock is very undervalued which people took and ran with, because its value is increasing now!

LIFESTYLE — COULD GEN Z CHANGE SINKING MARRIAGE RATES?
Marriage rates have decreased by 60% since over the past 50 years and millenials are behind this. 25% of 40-year olds have never been married but gen z may change this stat as many have said that they are in a serious relationship. Many millenials who did get married, did it out of societal pressures but then that led to high divorce rates as well.

WORK LIFE — UNDERSTANDING THE FUTURE OF WORK
Gen Alpha (that has ~2 billion global members) is coming forward as a significant cultural force. Businesses have been focused on engaging with and understanding them to avoid being unprepared (having learned from millennials and Gen Z). Gen Alpha is seriously confident enough to impact culture, the economy, and workplaces as they’re closer to the minimum age of entering the workforce.

📃 More people are coming forward and explaining their struggles with finding work. The job force as a whole seems to be closing in and the individuals looking for a place, can’t seem to secure one.
