Helena Helmersson stepped down from her position as CEO due to a sales slowdown. H&M’s annual profits for this past holiday season were low (8.7B Swedish Krona), which led to a 10% drop in shares. Helena said that the position was very demanding, especially when considering the deal with competition, and she had mixed feelings about leaving.
